IDEAL Investments uses both technical and fundamental analysis to identify where it needs to be investing. The technical analysis is focused on the residential shadow markets since these markets are correlated to multi-family and have an abundance of source information available.
IDEAL investments fundamental analysis considers ten core characteristics of a given market and sub-market and their trends. Once these fundamentals show clearly what phase of the market cycle a target market is in, IDEAL Investments forms an initial strategy and polishes this strategy with input from key relationships “on the ground” in the target market.
Emerging markets are correcting markets as indicated by supply and demand, absorption, jobs announcements, incentives and other factors. These markets present the greatest investment potential for our investors.
